It was on a dreary autumn day, 10 years ago, that an undead tradition was born!
10 Years ago, in our fair city, the earth caved in and the dead crawled and lurched their way from their graves to walk the streets of Toronto!
On October 20th the Dead will rise once more for the 10th annual Toronto Zombie Walk and YOU are invited!!
For the first time in the history of the Toronto Zombie Walk, we are proud to partner with the Heart and Stroke Foundation to help carry out their mission of eliminating heart disease and stroke.
Join the Toronto Zombie Walk and our special Guests, John A. Russo and Russ Streiner, as The Toronto Zombie Walk Grand Marshals, in a special DEATH DAY celebration and zombie walk. This year promises to be our biggest and goriest yet, with vendors, bands and more BLOOD!

Zombies who register will be eligible for an after walk draw, winners will be announce the week after the walk.

Meet John Russo and Russ Streiner of Night of the Living Dead infamy and have your zombie groans recorded at the “MOAN ZONE” for the upcoming play Night of the Living Dead Live!!!
The first 100 registered zombies to visit The Toronto Zombie Walk booth will receive a free copy of the novel Alice in Zombieland, courtesy of Harlequin.

2:30pm - Opening announcements and performances, including a special performance by
Skin Tight Outta Sight and
Great Canadian Burlesque. Followed by our annual costume Contest judged by our special Guests and Grand Marshals Russ Streiner and John Russo.
3:00pm - The Toronto Zombie Walk commences. Join the Undead in a 5 Kill-o_meter stroll through the city while feasting on the flesh of the Toronto Living.
Directions: The hoard will wander WEST ALONG QUEEN ST. until UNIVERSITY AVE. where the smell of brains drenched in higher learning will drive the crowd NORTH until DUNDAS ST. AND TURN RIGHT TO HEAD EAST. UNTIL YONGE ST. After infecting the masses at Yonge & Dundas, the crowd will shuffle SOUTH UNTIL QUEEN ST. AND HEAD WEST BACK TO NATHAN PHILLIPS SCARE!
4:30pm - Get your chopping cart ready for a second stab at
vendors, sponsors and guests.
6:00pm - Live performance by Montreal’s
The Brains !!
